Payments may be made online by selecting the Pay Assessments tab. Online payments by e-check or credit card, either one-time or on a recurring basis will incur the following fees:
- Each online payment transaction will be charged a $2.95 convenience fee for processing
- Credit/Debit card payment transactions will be charged $2.95 convenience fee plus a 3.5% merchant fee surcharge.
The following methods of payment do not incur a convenience fee: Using your bank’s online bill pay service or mailing a check via postal mail.
To use postal mail, please mail your payment to the following address (make your check payable to your specific Association’s name) and to ensure accurate and timely posting of your payment, please include your account number on the check:

Please be aware that if you pay your assessment using your bank's bill pay service, a paper check is generally mailed to our payment processing center. Please mail your payment at least 7 business days prior to the payment due date to allow your financial institution to issue a check to the address noted above.
